Police ID 18-Year-Old Killed In CT Shooting An 18-year-old New London man has died after police found him suffering gunshot injuries in a parking lot.  New London officers were called to the lot near Garfield and Jefferson avenues Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 14.  Richard Rowell Jr. was found in a vehicle with gunshot injuries, police said. He was taken to a hospital, where he died. Police said the shooting appears to have been intentional rather than random. New London detectives are investigating.
